Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative architectural and interior design concepts.
- Research and stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, technologies, and global best practices.
- Prepare concept presentations, mood boards, space planning, and design documentation.
- Produce accurate 2D drawings, working drawings, and detailed construction documentation.
- Create or assist in developing high-quality 3D models and visualizations.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and execution teams.
- Conduct site visits to ensure design quality and proper implementation.
- Solve design challenges with creative and practical solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the design team to deliver exceptional projects.
- Contribute fresh ideas that enhance the company's design standards and processes.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Lumion, D5 Render, Enscape, or other visualization software is an advantage.
- Understanding of architectural detailing, materials, construction techniques, and interior design principles.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Preferred Experience
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
Pay: From ₹13,000.00 per month
