Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Student Counselor to join our Kochi Branch. The ideal candidate should be passionate about guiding students, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to convert inquiries into successful admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding Study Abroad programs.
- Understand students' academic goals and recommend suitable courses and destinations.
- Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp messages and online leads.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
- Explain course details, fees, schedules and available services.
- Maintain accurate student records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with trainers and the admissions team for a seamless enrollment process.
- Achieve monthly admission targets and contribute to branch growth.
- Build long-term relationships by providing exceptional student support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–1 years of experience in education counseling, admissions, sales or customer service.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
- Experience in overseas education or test preparation is an added advantage.
Salary
- ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
