About the Role
As a Growth Specialist, you will sit within the Founders' Office and own the systems and workflows that drive customer engagement and retention. You will bridge business, marketing, and technology to create seamless customer journeys across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with data, and building scalable growth processes using CRM, CDP, CMS, and marketing automation platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Lifecycle & Journey Management
- Design and implement automated customer journeys across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
- Build and optimize customer lifecycle workflows to improve conversion and retention.
CRM Ownership
- Manage CRM operations, segmentation, lifecycle stages, lead pipelines, and reporting.
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain pipeline hygiene.
CDP & Data Management
- Manage customer data platforms, audience segmentation, and identity resolution.
- Maintain data flows and integrations across multiple systems.
Marketing Automation & Messaging
- Build and manage communication workflows across WhatsApp, Email, SMS, and other channels.
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop campaign logic and audience strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales to improve lead quality and handoffs.
- Work with Customer Support to streamline ticket and customer data flows.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on instrumentation and tracking requirements.
Analytics & Optimization
- Monitor funnel performance and customer behavior.
- Identify gaps, troubleshoot workflow failures, and recommend improvements.
- Generate insights to support business decisions on channel investments and retention strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related fields.
- 2–5 years of experience in Growth, CRM, Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Lifecycle Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with at least two of the following categories:
CRM Platforms
- Salesforce
- HubSpot
- Zoho CRM
- LeadSquared
Customer Data Platforms
CMS Platforms
- WordPress
- Strapi
- Contentful
Marketing Automation & Messaging Platforms
- Gallabox
- WhatsApp Business API
- Mailchimp
- Braze
Preferred Skills
- Strong understanding of customer funnels and lifecycle marketing.
- Ability to translate business requirements into automated workflows.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- SQL or no-code query experience is an added advantage.
- Experience in healthcare, e-commerce, SaaS, or startup environments is preferred.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
