We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Marketing Executive to join our hospital team in Begumpet, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in healthcare marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building strong community outreach and patient engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement effective marketing strategies to promote hospital services.
- Coordinate with digital and offline marketing teams to drive visibility and patient footfall.
- Organize medical camps, awareness programs, and community engagement activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors, clinics, and partner networks.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis.
- Prepare marketing budgets and analyze the return on investment (ROI).
- Create monthly reports on campaign performance and lead conversions.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4 to 5 years of experience in hospital or healthcare marketing.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and work independently.
- Knowledge of marketing tools, CRM software, and digital platforms.
- Language skills: English, Telugu, and Hindi (preferred).
