Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, leading business development initiatives, and achieving revenue targets through effective sales and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets
· Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, field visits, and digital channels
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, decision-makers, and key stakeholders
· Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations
· Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
· Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial negotiations
· Collaborate with technical and support teams to ensure successful project delivery
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems and generate reports
