Lead procurement across multiple outlets with strong focus on supplier management, category buying, cost optimization and uninterrupted stock availability.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop purchasing strategies
· Negotiate with suppliers
· Manage vendor performance
· Review purchase requisitions
· Monitor inventory and replenishment
· Coordinate with Finance, Inventory and Operations
· Generate procurement MIS
