Job Overview
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a leading International BPO in Chennai. We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals with excellent English communication skills to provide exceptional customer support and build a successful career in the BPO industry.

Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate or Undergraduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.
- Minimum 12 months of International Voice Process/BPO experience (for experienced candidates).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Basic computer and typing skills.
- Willingness to work in night shifts (US Process).
- Candidates should reside within 18 km of Pallavaram, Chennai.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions through voice support.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
- Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.
- Achieve quality and productivity targets.
Compensation & Benefits
- Freshers: Up to ₹3.15 LPA (Approx. ₹19,000 take-home/month)
- Experienced: Up to ₹4.10 LPA (Based on experience and interview performance)
- Performance Incentives: Starting from ₹2,000/month
