Compensation Structure
- This is a Commission-Based Internship.
- No Stipend will be provided during the internship period.
- No Fixed Salary will be provided during the internship period.
- Interns will earn performance-based commissions based on research outcomes that contribute to client acquisition, product validation, strategic partnerships, grant opportunities, investment opportunities, or other eligible business outcomes as defined by the company's commission policy.
- High-performing interns will be considered for full-time employment based on business growth, research contributions, innovation, and overall performance.

About the Role
We are looking for an AI Research Analyst – Pharmaceutical & Healthcare who is passionate about artificial intelligence, pharmaceutical research, healthcare innovation, and emerging technologies.
You will work directly with the founders to research, validate, and design next-generation AI-powered healthcare products, including pharmaceutical intelligence, prescription verification, clinical workflow automation, healthcare trust infrastructure, and life sciences solutions.
This is not a laboratory or clinical role. It is a research, product strategy, and AI innovation role focused on identifying real-world healthcare problems and transforming them into scalable software products and AI platforms.

- Explore predictive analytics and intelligent healthcare systems.
- Evaluate AI use cases for pharmaceutical organizations.
3. Product Research & Validation
- Conduct market research for healthcare products.
- Validate healthcare product ideas.

- Perform competitor analysis.
- Define product positioning.
