About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused, and tech-savvy Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu, have good computer knowledge, and be comfortable using modern productivity and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and similar applications to improve efficiency and customer communication.
Freshers with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Customer Enquiries
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Generate and Follow Up on Leads
- Identify potential customers, maintain lead records, and conduct timely follow-ups to convert enquiries into sales opportunities.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Sales Coordination and Support
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding quotations, product information, order processing, and customer requirements.
- Maintain Sales Records and Reports
- Update customer databases, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel, Word, and CRM tools.
- Professional Communication
- Draft and respond to business emails, prepare quotations, and communicate company offerings professionally and effectively.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate (Bachelor's Degree in any discipline).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in Sales, Customer Service, Telecalling, Business Development, or Customer Relationship Management will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Ability to use AI tools for drafting emails, creating sales content, preparing customer responses, and improving day-to-day productivity.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software, tools, and technologies.
