We are currently hiring a Reach Executive for one of our partner organizations. This role is ideal for a proactive, relationship-driven professional who enjoys networking, traveling, and engaging with educational institutions, partner agencies, and students across India and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:
- Event & Travel Management
- Represent RIT at educational fairs, high school orientations, and outreach events.
- Drive awareness and engagement for initiatives such as Tiger Stripes and PASS.
- Travel extensively to support institutional outreach activities.
- Lead Collection & Management
- Capture leads during events and engagements.
- Ensure timely and accurate updates in lead management systems.
- Monitor and facilitate lead follow-up activities to maximize conversions.
- Agency Visits & Relationship Management
- Visit partner agencies to strengthen relationships and address concerns.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships to support outreach objectives.
- Support in Daily Operations
- Assist the team lead in managing day-to-day operational activities.
- Provide administrative and logistical support, particularly during travel periods.
- Engagement for Tiger Stripes & PASS Programs
- Promote and support the implementation of Tiger Stripes and PASS initiatives.
- Collaborate with schools, agencies, and stakeholders to increase participation and program visibility.
- Outreach & Calling Activities
- Connect with prospective leads, schools, agencies, and organizations as required.
- Support follow-up and engagement efforts to strengthen outreach outcomes.
