We are looking for an experienced Operations Head / COO to lead and streamline operations across all departments at Gemius Studios. This role requires a strong leader who understands the fast-paced nature of a creative agency and can ensure smooth execution across teams while driving operational excellence.
The ideal candidate must have prior experience in a marketing/creative agency or have worked as a Brand Manager, Senior Brand Manager, or Account Manager handling multiple brands and cross-functional teams. They should be capable of building efficient processes, improving team productivity, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring timely project delivery.
This is a leadership role for someone who can bridge strategy and execution while enabling every team to perform at its best.

Experience Required
- 5–10 years of relevant experience.
- Mandatory: Prior experience in a Marketing Agency / Creative Agency.
- Candidates with experience as:
- Operations Head
- Brand Manager
- Senior Brand Manager
- Account Manager
- Client Servicing Lead
- within a marketing or creative agency will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Agency Operations
- Oversee end-to-end operations across all departments.
- Develop and implement efficient SOPs and workflows.
- Ensure smooth collaboration between Creative, Performance Marketing, Content, Design, Video, HR, Finance, and Client Servicing teams.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Monitor daily agency performance and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
Team Management
- Lead and mentor department heads and team members.
- Ensure accountability, ownership, and high performance across teams.
- Conduct regular reviews and performance discussions.
- Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.
Project & Delivery Management
- Ensure all client deliverables are completed on time without compromising quality.
- Monitor project timelines, resource allocation, and workload distribution.
- Coordinate with different teams to maintain seamless execution.
Brand & Creative Oversight
- Guide teams on overall campaign direction and brand communication.
- Review content, creatives, and marketing assets to ensure they align with brand objectives.
- Provide strategic feedback on:
- Social media posts
- Campaign creatives
- Marketing strategies
- Brand positioning
- Content direction
- Ensure every deliverable meets quality and brand standards before client delivery.
Client & Business Management
- Work closely with client servicing teams to maintain excellent client relationships.
- Support strategic planning for client campaigns.
- Assist founders in improving agency efficiency and scaling operations.
- Ensure client expectations are translated into actionable plans for internal teams.
Reporting & Performance
- Track operational KPIs and agency performance metrics.
- Prepare reports and provide actionable insights to founders.
- Monitor productivity, profitability, and resource utilisation.

Mandatory Requirements

- ✔ Experience as a Brand Manager, Senior Brand Manager, Account Manager, Client Servicing Lead, or Operations Head.
- ✔ Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and creative execution.
- ✔ Experience managing multiple cross-functional teams.
- ✔ Excellent spoken and written English communication.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
