Were looking for a Head of Global Delivery to take ownership of end-to-end delivery across geographies, customers, and complex engineering programs.
What Youll Do:
- Own and drive global delivery across all client programs
- Deliver consistent, scalable, and high-quality outcomes
- Establish robust governance models, KPIs, and execution rhythms
- Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and high performance
- Continuously enhance delivery quality, velocity, and customer impact.
What You Bring:
- 18+ years in IT, engineering services, or product engineering
- Proven leadership of large, distributed global delivery teams
- Experience in digital, platform, or AI-driven engineering programs
- Strong client engagement skills with P&L ownership experience
Ability to grow and scale accounts through delivery-led relationships
