Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to support retail operations through ERP-based reporting, inventory analysis, and stock replenishment planning. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ERP systems, strong Microsoft Excel skills, and the ability to generate actionable reports for warehouse and store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- · Generate, analyse, and maintain standard ERP reports related to sales, inventory, stock movement, and store performance.
- · Monitor inventory levels across warehouses and retail stores.
- · Plan and execute stock replenishment from warehouses to multiple retail stores based on sales trends, stock availability, and predefined replenishment norms.
- · Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and store teams to ensure timely stock availability.
- · Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
- · Track stock ageing, fast-moving, slow-moving, and non-moving inventory.
- · Ensure data accuracy in ERP and resolve discrepancies in inventory and reporting.
- · Develop and maintain Excel dashboards and reports for operational analysis.
- · Support management with ad hoc reports and data analysis as required.
Required Skills
- · Good working knowledge of ERP systems (Retail ERP experience preferred).
- · Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:

- · VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- · INDEX-MATCH
- · IF functions
- · Conditional Formatting
- · Charts and Dashboards
- · Basic data analysis
- · Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as an MIS Executive in a retail, FMCG, or distribution company.
- Experience working with inventory management and supply chain operations is preferred.
Preferred Experience
- · Experience with retail ERP software such as SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle Retail, Marg ERP, RetailGraph, or similar.
- · Understanding of inventory planning and warehouse operations.
- · Experience in managing replenishment for multiple retail outlets.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- · Timely generation of MIS reports.
- · Accuracy of ERP reports and inventory data.
- · On-time stock replenishment to retail stores.
- · Reduction in stock-outs and excess inventory.
- · Data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
- · Support for informed operational decision-making.
MIS Executive (2–5 years of experience) in a retail company managing multiple stores and centralized warehouse replenishment.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
