Key Responsibilities
- Operations Management: Direct day-to-day store operations, ensuring compliance with company standards, policies, and health/safety regulations.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor retail staff to build a high-performing and customer-focused team.
- Sales & Performance: Set and monitor sales targets, manage budgets, analyze performance metrics, and implement strategies to drive profitability.
- Customer Service: Maintain high standards of customer service, resolve customer issues promptly, and foster customer loyalty.
- Inventory Control: Oversee inventory management, stock levels, shrinkage control, loss prevention, and merchandising displays.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure store presentation, cleanliness, and product placement meet brand guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in retail management, assistant management, or a supervisory role.
- Skills: Strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Business Acumen: Familiarity with retail software (POS systems), sales metrics, inventory management, and basic financial principles.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift inventory up to [e.g., 30–50 lbs], and work flexible hours (including evenings, weekends, and holidays).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
