About the Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in running
and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate should understand paid marketing
fundamentals, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and lead generation strategies
across Facebook and Instagram platforms.
This role requires a data-driven mindset, creativity in ad execution, and the ability to scale
campaigns while maintaining performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms
- (Facebook & Instagram)
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, ROAS, CPL, CTR, and other key metrics
- Create audience targeting strategies including retargeting and lookalike audiences
- Coordinate with the design and content teams for ad creatives and copy

- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, and audience segments
- Analyze campaign data and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
- Optimize campaigns regularly to improve lead quality and conversion rates
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and algorithm changes in performance
- marketing
- Support lead generation and brand awareness initiatives through paid campaigns
- Requirements
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing
- Strong practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
- Experience in running lead generation, conversion, and engagement campaigns
- Understanding of audience segmentation, pixel setup, and conversion tracking
- Basic understanding of Google Ads is a plus
- Good analytical and reporting skills
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Shopify/E-commerce brands is an advantage
- Knowledge of Canva, basic creatives, or ad copywriting
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and UTM tracking
- Performance-oriented and growth mindset
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
