Role: Solar Electrical Supervisor

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Solar Electrical Supervisor to oversee the installation, testing, and maintenance of solar power systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in solar electrical works, site supervision, and team management while ensuring projects are completed safely and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise solar electrical installation and maintenance activities.
* Manage and guide technicians at the project site.
* Ensure work is carried out according to electrical and safety standards.
* Monitor project progress and meet installation deadlines.
* Inspect wiring, panels, inverters, and other electrical components.
* Coordinate with project managers and clients.
* Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide technical support.
* Maintain daily work reports and site documentation.
Required Qualifications
* ITI / Diploma / BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
* Minimum 2+ years of experience in solar electrical projects.
Required Skills
* Knowledge of solar PV systems and electrical installations.
* Ability to read electrical drawings and single-line diagrams.
* Leadership and team management skills.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
* Good communication and reporting skills.
