Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
- Handle onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
- Coordinate employee document collection, verification, and database updates.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, shift details, and employee trackers.
- Support payroll processing by preparing attendance and employee data inputs.
- Prepare HR letters such as offer letters, appointment letters, ID cards, and confirmation letters.
- Assist in employee exit formalities, relieving documentation, and clearance processes.
- Update and maintain HR MIS reports, employee master data, and operational records.
- Coordinate with recruitment and department teams regarding manpower updates and employee status.
- Ensure proper filing and compliance of HR documents and policies.
- Support employee engagement and internal communication activities.
- Respond to employee queries related to attendance, HR policies, leave, and documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and organizational records.
- Assist senior HR team members in daily HR operational activities and administrative tasks.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
