Job Overview
Supezo Atelier is looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to support our customers throughout their journey with the company. The role involves handling customer communication, coordinating service requests, maintaining customer information, and working with internal teams to provide a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with existing customers regarding their requirements, queries, and service needs.
- Respond to customer questions and coordinate the resolution of service-related concerns.
- Follow up with customers after sales or service interactions to understand their experience.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure customer requests are handled on time.
- Maintain and update customer information in the company's CRM system.
- Record customer interactions, requests, feedback, and follow-up activities accurately.
- Prepare basic customer and service-related reports when required.
- Support customer retention activities through regular and professional communication.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in customer relationship management, customer service, client servicing, or a similar role.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally and patiently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
