Break down complex healthcare workflows and turn them into clear, actionable requirements for development teams.
Lead requirement discussions, workshops, and solution brainstorming sessions.
Define scope, priorities, and success criteria for healthcare initiatives.
Document business requirements clearly, like BRDs, user stories, process flows, data mapping, and integration needs.
Bring strong domain insight into areas like EMR/EHR systems, patient portals, e-Prescription workflows, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
Work closely with developers and QA teams to ensure what gets built truly solves the business problem.
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT.
Strong knowledge of APIs, HL7, FHIR, batch processes, and healthcare compliance standards such as HIPAA.
Strong understanding of clinical and administrative workflows.
Communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels, from operational users to leadership.
Take ownership and drive initiatives from idea to go-live.
