3 - 8 years of sales experience in Battery / Electric vehicle / Solar industry/Tyres / EV Chargers / Automobile – must be in Channel Marketing (Distributors)
Role & Responsibilities
- Sales Management
- Distributor selection & on boarding
- Setting up required system & processes at distributors to drive day to day business Sales planning
- Drive monthly sales target along with distributor & distributor team
- Developing channel to drive sales of focus products
- Build connection with EV retailers in the given territory
- Understand all the system’s & processes to drive day to day business effectively Ensure distributors, distributor teams & channel partners are aware about EV
- Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
- Utilizing outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close sales.
- Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers
- Soft Skills required:
- A minimum of 3-8 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Good communication skills. Knowhow of local language is added advantage.
- Good knowledge of excel, able to interpret data & comfortable working with data
- Comfortable with travelling as required
- Retail & Regional sales, Channel partners, Dealer development
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
