Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing custom workflows and integrations within ServiceNow platform.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to IT service management solutions.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and automation tools relevant to ServiceNow development.
- Understanding of configuration management and change management processes within ITSM frameworks.
