About the Role
Dreamer Entertainment House Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate to drive business growth by generating leads, building strong client relationships, and supporting marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, client engagement, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various lead generation channels.
- Connect with prospective clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Assist in developing and executing marketing and business development strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM or spreadsheets.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.
- Achieve monthly business development targets.
Requirements
- MBA (Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related specialization).
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Lead Generation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and eager to learn.
