Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will assist customers through Chat, Email, and Digital Support Channels, resolve customer queries, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Depending on business requirements, selected candidates may also work on Content Moderation projects.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through Chat, Email, and Digital Channels.
Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining quality standards.
Understand customer concerns and provide accurate solutions.
Resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
Stay updated on products, services, and company processes.
Content Moderation (If Assigned)
Review text, images, and videos uploaded by users.
Identify content that violates platform guidelines.
Make accurate moderation decisions based on company policies.
Handle sensitive content professionally while maintaining confidentiality.
Eligibility Criteria
Undergraduate or Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers and experienced candidates (0–3 years) are welcome to apply.
Excellent English communication skills (Written & Verbal).
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
