To plan , execute, supervise and complete HVAC installation works at project sites while ensuring quality, safety, timely execution and client satisfaction. Execute HVAC projects as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule. Supervise installation of ducting, chilled water piping, refrigerant piping, insulation, ventilation systems, and HVAC equipment. Ensure work is carried out in accordance with engineering standards and company procedures. Coordinate with consultants, clients, architects, MEP contractors, and civil contractors for smooth project execution. Plan daily work activities and allocate manpower efficiently. Supervise technicians, subcontractors, and labour team. Monitor site progress and ensure project milestones are achieved. Resolve site related technical issues promptly. Ensure quality meets project specifications. Conduct inspections before requesting consultant/client inspections. Rectify quality issues and ensure zero rework wherever possible. Maintain all quality records and inspection reports. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company safety policies. Handle material management properly. Client coordination is must .
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
