Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver effective Telugu lessons aligned with the school's curriculum.
- Teach reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation using creative teaching methods.
- Develop students' communication skills through storytelling, songs, poems, role-plays, and classroom activities.
- Assess student progress through classwork, assignments, projects, and examinations.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and academic progress.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
- Use teaching aids, educational technology, and interactive learning resources to enhance student engagement.
- Identify students requiring additional academic support and provide appropriate guidance.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and development.
- Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher meetings, school events, and professional development programs.
- Ensure classroom discipline and follow school policies and child safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Telugu, Education, or a related field.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) preferred or as required by the school's regulations.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Telugu.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Prior teaching experience in primary education is preferred.
