Role Summary
The HR Manager at Almiya Group is responsible for developing and managing the company's human resources strategy across all business divisions, including Solar, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Corporate Services. The role focuses on attracting top talent, improving employee engagement, ensuring statutory compliance, developing future leaders, and building a high-performance work culture aligned with the Group's vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Develop HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook.
- Manage onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, and exit processes.
- Implement Performance Management System (KPI/KRA).
- Administer payroll, attendance, leave, and employee benefits.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESI, gratuity, and statutory regulations.
- Drive employee engagement, welfare, rewards, and recognition programs.
- Plan and coordinate learning, training, and leadership development.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters professionally.
- Maintain HRMIS, employee records, and HR analytics.
- Support workforce planning for Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and future expansion.
- Build a positive organizational culture based on integrity, innovation, teamwork, and excellence.

Qualifications
- MBA/MSW in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 5–10 years of HR experience, preferably in Engineering, EPC, Renewable Energy, Manufacturing, or Infrastructure sectors.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR best practices.
