KAMs will be responsible for pitching, coaching, and training MDRT prospects and probable, with specific focus on the MDRT and Ace programs.
- Each KAM will be mapped to existing MDRT probable and will also be accountable for identifying and nurturing new prospects throughout the year.
- KAMs will facilitate monthly and weekly awareness sessions and activities for probable and prospects, in close coordination with Branch Heads (BH) and above.
