About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing Planned Maintenance System (PMS) data, support technical operations, and ensure maintenance records are accurate and up to date. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in the maritime technology industry while collaborating with experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update the Planned Maintenance System (PMS).
- Maintain equipment records, maintenance schedules, and service history.
- Monitor maintenance activities and ensure timely updates.
- Analyze and resolve PMS-related technical issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and system efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with class and statutory maintenance requirements.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation as required.
- Assist customers with basic technical queries related to the PMS platform.
- Support continuous improvement of maintenance processes and system performance.
Required Skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of maintenance management systems (PMS) is preferred.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to learn new software applications quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Marine Engineering, Nautical Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with experience in PMS or maritime operations will have an added advantage.
