1. Research and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, databases, websites, and industry sources.
2. Run outbound campaigns (email, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach).
3. Qualify leads based on budget, need, authority, and timeline (BANT or similar criteria).
4*. Schedule calls/meetings for the sales team. * Maintain and update lead databases and CRM dashboards.
5. Coordinate with the sales team to share qualified leads. Create lists of ICP-based prospects (Ideal Customer Profile).
6. Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with target segments.
Track engagement metrics and optimize outreach.
7. Achieve weekly/monthly lead generation targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Basic knowledge of internet research and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to learn quickly and follow processes.
- Attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude.
Pay: ₹14,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
