Position: Back Office Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Data entry and record maintenance
- Preparing reports and documents
- Handling emails and correspondence
- Maintaining employee and office records
- Coordinating with different departments
- Filing and documentation work
- Assisting in administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email
- Basic computer skills
- Basic communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
