Job Summary
The primary objective of this role is to turn digital followers into loyal customers. The position requires a mix of creative storytelling, data analysis, and customer service to maintain a cohesive, active, and positive brand reputation online.
Core Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Writing copy, editing videos, designing graphics, and producing tailored media for distinct platforms.
- Strategy Planning: Developing content calendars, aligning posts with marketing campaigns, and scheduling publication times.
- Community Management: Interacting with followers, responding directly to comments, and addressing inbound direct messages (DMs).
- Data & Analytics: Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing web traffic, and reporting on campaign return on investment (ROI).
- Trend Forecasting: Staying updated on fast-changing social media algorithms, viral audio, memes, and emerging tools.
- Crisis Management: Resolving reputation risks and handling negative PR or user feedback in real time.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
