We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior HR Executive to support our Human Resources team in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow in the HR domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
- Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Assist in employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
- Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in HR or recruitment (Freshers are welcome).
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of recruitment portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, or Indeed.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and labor laws.
- Team player with good time management skills.

Pay: ₹10,855.49 - ₹33,181.00 per month
