Job Summary
Digi Epitome Technology is looking for a proactive, target-oriented, and technology-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring clients, managing the complete sales cycle, and building long-term relationships with Indian and International clients. The candidate should be comfortable using modern AI-powered sales tools to streamline outreach, improve productivity, and drive business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & End-to-End Sales
- Identify, develop, and generate new business opportunities in B2B and B2C markets.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and client onboarding.
- Acquire new clients across Indian and International markets.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging business opportunities and industry trends.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals successfully.
- Build long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
AI-Driven Outreach & Prompt Engineering
- Utilize Generative AI tools, including ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Claude AI, and other AI platforms to enhance business development activities.
- Create highly personalized sales pitches, cold emails, proposals, LinkedIn messages, and follow-up sequences using AI.
- Apply prompt engineering techniques to generate high-quality sales content and client communications.
- Leverage AI tools to improve personalization, productivity, and conversion rates.
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and integrate them into daily sales workflows.
Lead Generation & Sales Intelligence
- Research, identify, and qualify high-potential Indian and International B2B & B2C prospects.
- Utilize sales intelligence platforms such as LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Boomerang, and other lead generation tools.
- Extract, verify, filter, and organize prospect data for targeted outreach campaigns.
- Maintain accurate lead databases and CRM records.
Email Marketing & Sales Automation
- Design and execute targeted cold email campaigns using Instantly AI and other email automation platforms.
- Create personalized email sequences to maximize open rates, response rates, inbound interest, and meeting bookings.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to improve conversions.
Client Communication & Consultative Selling
- Handle inbound inquiries and qualify warm leads.
- Schedule meetings with business owners, decision-makers, startups, SMEs, and corporate clients.
- Conduct virtual and in-person presentations to pitch Digi Epitome Technology's Digital Marketing and IT solutions.
- Understand client requirements and recommend customized business solutions.
- Maintain professional communication with Indian and International clients through email, phone, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings.
Deal Closure & Client Onboarding
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close business opportunities.
- Convert qualified prospects into long-term clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.
- Maintain excellent customer experience throughout the onboarding process.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Resolve client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and client retention.
Sales Pipeline, Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline and CRM.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track KPIs, lead conversions, revenue performance, and sales activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation of leads, proposals, quotations, contracts, and client communications.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing, Design, Development, and Operations teams to deliver customized solutions.
- Share customer feedback, competitor analysis, and market insights with management to support business growth.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, or Digital Marketing Sales.
- Experience in Digital Marketing, IT Services, Software, SaaS, or Technology Sales will be preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Indian and International clients.
