Key Responsibilities
- Develop ServiceNow Mobile Apps and implement Mobile Transformation programs
- Utilize ServiceNow AI capabilities, including Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, Generative AI, and AI Search
- Design and develop workflows, integrations, and scripts on the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript and Glide APIs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and manage expectations
- Work with various ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM
- Apply expertise in ServiceNow platform development to drive project success
Requirements
- Have 6-8 years of overall IT experience with significant hands-on experience in ServiceNow
- Possess proven experience in ServiceNow Mobile App development and Mobile Transformation programs
- Demonstrate strong experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities, including Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, Generative AI, AI Search, or related AI features
- Show expertise in ServiceNow platform development, workflows, integrations, and scripting using JavaScript and Glide APIs
- Have experience working with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or other ServiceNow modules
- Exhibit strong stakeholder management and requirement-gathering skills
- Hold ServiceNow certifications (preferred)
