BUNDLE MEDIA is a Mumbai-based video editing agency with 30+ team members. We edit for US & Indian YouTubers, vloggers, and gaming creators. 100% of our current clients are US-based, with Indian creators being onboarded now. We’re scaling fast and need a Senior Sales Person who can own revenue end-to-end.
*Role: Senior Sales Person*
*Level: Senior*
*You will take full ownership of sales and revenue. No hand-holding, no follow-ups from founders. You drive it.* Build the pipeline, close the deals, retain clients, and create + lead a small sales team under you.
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. *Full Revenue Ownership*: You own the number. From lead gen to cash in bank — it’s on you
2. *New Business*: Generate leads and close deals with US & Indian YouTubers, vloggers, gaming creators who need editing
3. *Cold Outreach*: Run LinkedIn, email, Discord, and DM campaigns. Data generation + lead scraping is 100% your job
4. *Client Visits*: Jump on Zoom calls at US times. Visit Mumbai-based creators/agencies if required
5. *Account Management*: Ensure current US + Indian clients are happy. Handle escalations, renewals, upsells yourself
6. *Build Your Team*: Hire and drive 1–2 junior sales/BD execs. Train them, set targets, make them perform
7. *Pipeline*: Build and maintain pipeline. Target: ₹8L – ₹15L/month in new + retained business
8. *Strategy*: Understand US vlogging/gaming market. Pitch retainers, not one-off videos. Know MrBeast-style editor pricing
9. *Reporting*: Weekly revenue reports, churn tracking, forecast — sent by you, not asked for
*Must-Have Skills:*
1. *Cold Outreach Pro* – You’ve booked calls via LinkedIn, email, DMs. Know how to find creator emails
2. *Lead Generation* – Can build lists of YouTubers with 50K–1M subs who post weekly but have mid edits
3. *Excellent English* – Spoken + written. Must handle US client calls confidently at night IST
4. *Agency/SaaS Sales* – 3–5 years B2B sales. Media agency/video editing sales experience is a huge plus
5. *Closer Mentality* – You’ve hit ₹5L+ monthly quotas before. “No” means “follow up later”
6. *Client Handling* – Managed existing accounts, prevented churn, upsold services
*Good to Have:*
- Existing network of YouTubers, talent managers, MCNs in US/India
- Basic understanding of YouTube editing, retention, CPMs — so you don’t sound clueless on calls
- Experience using HubSpot/Zoho CRM, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Nav
*Key Details:*
- *Salary:* ₹40,000/month fixed + uncapped commission. OTE ₹70K–1.2L/month if you hit targets
- *Work Days:* 6 days/week
- *Work Mode:* STRICTLY WORK FROM OFFICE – Andheri West. US calls = late evenings
- *Clients:* 100% US-based currently. Expanding to Indian gaming/vlogging creators
