Key Responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment process handling
Sourcing candidates through job portals & references
Calling, screening and shortlisting candidates
Scheduling interviews and follow-ups
Coordinating joining formalities
Maintaining recruitment data in Excel
Achieving monthly hiring targets
Required Skills
Good communication skills (Telugu & Hindi preferred)
Basic MS Excel knowledge
Experience in bulk hiring is an advantage
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Preferred Candidate Profile
Immediate joiner preferred
Experience in field hiring / rider hiring is a plus
Ability to handle pressure and deadlines
