Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Garment Merchandiser for our Tiruppur location with strong knowledge in B2B garment sourcing and merchandising. The candidate should have hands-on experience in coordinating with manufacturers, buyers, and suppliers, along with managing the end-to-end garment sourcing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle B2B garment sourcing and vendor coordination.
- Coordinate with garment manufacturers in Tiruppur and nearby sourcing hubs.
- Manage buyer requirements from sampling to bulk production.
- Follow up on fabric, trims, accessories, and production schedules.
- Negotiate costing and pricing with suppliers/manufacturers.
- Ensure timely delivery and maintain quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution.
- Maintain merchandising reports and order tracking.
- Build strong relationships with manufacturers and sourcing partners.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years experience in garment merchandising.
- Strong experience in B2B garment sourcing / manufacturing coordination.
- Good knowledge of fabrics, garment production, costing, and sourcing.
- Experience in Tiruppur garment market preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vendors and bulk orders.
- Must be available for immediate joining.
