Ensure the Inspection & Quality of the parts; Products produced meet all Design Drawing Specifications, and Customer’s expectations / requirements. If not, then ‘Hold’ the Part / Product / Process.
Ensure no deviation against define production process. If observed, to be highlighted & get it corrected immediately.
Follow the Quality Assurance Plans, Control Plan, Work Instructions / CTQ / CTC / OPL for monitoring, Inspection and Testing of the Product & Process during Production.
Ensure Corrective & Preventive actions are, taken on Non-conformance, Customers Complaints, and Product Failures by collecting & analyzing data for finding the Root Cause to Prevent Recurrence.
Take Active participation in Lean – Six Sigma, 5S, Continual Improvement Activities.
Follow IMS System requirements. (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018)
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
