Job description:
- Room Cleaning: Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas (lobbies, hallways) to company standards.
- Linen/Supplies: Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities (soap, shampoo, coffee).
- Sanitation: Vacuum carpets, mop floors, dust furniture, polish fixtures, and sanitize surfaces.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify, report, and document maintenance issues (broken lightbulbs, damaged furniture, leaks).
- Guest Service: Respond promptly and politely to guest requests and inquiries.
- Organisation: Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized housekeeping cart.
- Safety/Security: Adhere to safety, sanitation, and security policies, including guest privacy and property safety.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
