Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Export Manager to lead international business development, export sales, and market expansion initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying global business opportunities, developing international distributor networks, managing export operations, and driving sustainable revenue growth across international markets.
Key ResponsibilitiesInternational Business Development
- Develop and execute international sales and export strategies.
- Identify, approach, and onboard distributors, importers, wholesalers, and strategic business partners globally.
- Generate export leads through B2B portals, trade fairs, exhibitions, business directories, and professional networks.
- Establish long-term relationships with international customers and channel partners.
- Explore and develop new export markets across the Middle East, Africa, South Asia, Southeast Asia, and other regions.
Export Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual export sales targets.
- Manage the complete export sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
- Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, commercial offers, and business presentations.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and distribution agreements.
Distributor & Channel Partner Development
- Appoint and manage country-wise distributors, importers, and channel partners.
- Strengthen existing business relationships to maximize repeat orders and customer retention.
- Develop and implement market-entry strategies for new territories.
OEM, Private Label & White Label Business
- Promote the company's manufacturing capabilities to international buyers.
- Develop OEM, private label, and white-label business opportunities.
- Coordinate with production and product development teams for customized customer requirements.
Export Operations & Documentation
- Coordinate export documentation, shipping schedules, customs clearance, and logistics operations.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and destination-country requirements.
- Manage export-related documentation including:
- Commercial Invoices
- Packing Lists
- Certificate of Origin
- Shipping Documents
- Export Declarations
- Regulatory Certifications
Customer Relationship Management
- Handle international customer inquiries and business communications.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and account management.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Reporting & Business Planning
- Prepare sales forecasts, market intelligence reports, and business development plans.
- Track sales performance and market trends.
- Present business opportunities and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Required Qualifications

Experience
- Minimum 3–7 years of experience in Export Sales, International Business Development, or B2B Exports.
- Proven track record of achieving export sales targets.
- Experience in FMCG, Hygiene, Personal Care, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Consumer Goods industries preferred.
