We are seeking an experienced and driven Regional Sales Manager to lead the sales of our School ERP solutions across Mumbai and surrounding regions. The role involves developing new business opportunities with schools, colleges, and educational institutions, managing the complete sales cycle, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of School ERP solutions to schools, colleges, and educational institutions.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Meet principals, trustees, management committees, and decision-makers to understand their requirements.
- Conduct product presentations and live demonstrations.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Develop regional sales strategies and execute plans to achieve revenue goals.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using CRM.
- Coordinate with implementation and customer success teams for smooth project delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA in Marketing or Sales preferred).
- 5–10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in EdTech, ERP, SaaS, or enterprise software.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is an advantage).
Preferred Experience
- Experience selling School ERP, College ERP, Learning Management Systems (LMS), or other educational technology solutions.
- Existing network within schools, colleges, or educational institutions in Mumbai and Maharashtra.
Pay: ₹36,097.20 - ₹60,545.44 per month
