Handle customer inquiries and support professionally
Maintain strong relationships with domestic and international clients
Track orders and provide timely updates to customers
Prepare quotations, order confirmations, and customer emails
Coordinate with production, dispatch, and sales teams
Maintain customer records and follow-up reports
Resolve customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
Graduate (Any Stream)
2–5 Years of Experience Preferred
Gemstone/Jewellery Industry Experience Preferred
Candidates with basic industry knowledge and interest in the field may also apply
Excellent English Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)
Professional Email Writing Skills
Comfortable with Overtime if Required
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
