Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities in IT Staffing and IT Services.
- Identify, qualify, and acquire new domestic and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Understand client hiring and IT service requirements.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
- Coordinate with recruitment and delivery teams for timely fulfillment.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain sales pipeline, CRM updates, and regular client follow-ups.
- Represent the company in meetings, networking events, and business presentations.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in IT Staffing and/or IT Services Sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in client acquisition and account management.
- Knowledge of domestic IT recruitment and staffing is preferred.
- Target-oriented with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Pay: ₹13,976.23 - ₹58,262.15 per month
