Job Title: Senior Marketing Executive – BDE
Job Description:We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a BDE background with at least 2 years of experience in marketing/sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle leads and achieve targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote courses and services.
- Generate and convert leads through calls, social media, and direct marketing.
- Handle student enquiries and guide prospective students regarding courses and admissions.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong relationships with prospective students.
- Achieve monthly admission and marketing targets.
- Coordinate with the academic and management teams.
- Monitor and report daily/weekly marketing activities.
- Train and support junior marketing team members when required.
- Identify new opportunities to improve admissions and business growth.
Requirements:
- BDE qualification preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing/Sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Ability to manage leads and follow-ups independently.
- Good team management and coordination skills.
