AHPS is seeking a Primary Teacher (PRT) for Mathematics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging mathematics lessons and activities to strengthen foundational numeracy and problem-solving skills.
- Create a positive, nurturing, and interactive classroom environment that encourages student participation and curiosity.
- Assess student performance through classwork, assignments, and periodic tests, providing timely feedback.
- Use teaching aids, manipulatives, and modern technology to make mathematical concepts easy to understand.
- Communicate regularly with parents and staff regarding students’ progress and areas needing improvement.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs.
Qualifications:
- Graduation (with Mathematics as a subject)
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education)
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience teaching Mathematics at the primary level.
- Strong understanding of basic mathematical concepts and child-centric teaching methodologies.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with young learners and parents.
