Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused and target-oriented Gold Loan Executive to handle gold loan sales, customer acquisition, documentation, and branch-level loan processing. The candidate will be responsible for achieving business targets while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and acquire new customers for gold loan products.
- Explain gold loan schemes, interest rates, tenure, repayment options, and other product features to customers.
- Conduct customer visits, tele-calling, and field activities to generate business.
- Assist customers with the gold loan application and documentation process.
- Coordinate with the gold appraiser and operations team for gold valuation and loan processing.
- Ensure KYC and other required documents are complete and accurate.
- Follow up with existing customers for renewals, repayments, and additional loan requirements.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling other financial products.
- Maintain regular follow-up with leads and prospective customers.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM/system regularly.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, KYC norms, internal processes, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Support branch operations and customer service activities as required.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly or escalate them to the appropriate team.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
