About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our growthinitiatives within the education sector. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in hardwaresales and a strong understanding of the system integration industry. This role is based in Gurugramand offers a full-time opportunity to work closely with educational institutions, driving businessgrowth through strategic partnerships and solution selling.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective business development strategies to expand market share inthe education sector.

Identify and engage with potential clients, including schools, colleges, universities, andeducational organizations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in theeducation industry.

Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, focusing on hardware andintegrated system solutions.

Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry

Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently.

Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and sales reports to senior management.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably withinhardware sales or system integration.

Demonstrated success in developing business within the education sector is highly desirable.

Strong understanding of hardware products, technologies, and system integration processes.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficient in CRM software and MS Office suite.
Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday (5 days workweek)

1st Saturday of every month working
