Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Front Desk Executive role based in Jaipur. The Front Desk Executive will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, greeting guests professionally, managing the reception area, and ensuring a welcoming, well-organized environment. Daily responsibilities include handling incoming calls, managing inquiries, routing calls and messages, and maintaining visitor logs and appointment schedules. The role will also involve coordinating meetings, managing conference room bookings, supporting basic administrative tasks, and liaising with internal teams for smooth office operations. The Front Desk Executive will uphold confidentiality, represent the brand with professionalism, and support leadership and team members with front-office coordination as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Visitor Management
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and business associates.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
- Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules.
- Ensure a positive and professional first impression of the organization.
Office Administration
- Handle day-to-day office operations and coordination.
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal team members.
- Support management with administrative tasks and reporting requirements.
Sales Support & Calling
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients and channel partners.
- Follow up on leads and maintain call records.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the management team.
- Assist in generating business opportunities through structured outreach.
General Responsibilities
- Maintain professional communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Support events, meetings, and business activities as required.
- Travel for business-related activities, meetings, or events when necessary.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Front Desk, Reception, Customer Service, Telecalling, or Administrative roles.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic computer applications.
- Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Prior experience in real estate, hospitality, customer service, or telecalling will be an added advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed salary between ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and suitability).
