Radical Minds Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Customer Service Representatives for the Traya Voice Process. We are looking for customer-focused individuals with excellent communication skills who can deliver a positive customer experience while handling inbound and outbound voice support.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer support calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduates – Freshers can apply.
- Non-Graduates must have at least 1 year of Customer Service experience.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (Mandatory).
- Proficiency in any one regional language: Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Willing to work from the office in HSR Layout, Bengaluru.
