About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2+ years of professional experience to join our creative team. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content for social media, digital marketing campaigns, websites, advertisements, and branding projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creative posts, banners, advertisements, carousels, and social media creatives.
- Create designs for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Develop creatives for Meta Ads and other performance marketing campaigns.
- Work on branding materials including brochures, presentations, flyers, and marketing collaterals.
- Understand client requirements and convert ideas into visually appealing designs.
- Maintain brand guidelines, fonts, colors, and visual consistency.
- Collaborate with the social media, content, video editing, and marketing teams.
- Create multiple design concepts and revisions based on client feedback.
- Stay updated with current design trends, social media formats, and creative styles.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver designs within deadlines.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Good knowledge of Figma and Canva is an advantage.
- Understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing social media and advertising creatives.
- Strong attention to detail and creative thinking.
- Ability to understand briefs and work independently.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics or After Effects.
- Experience with digital marketing agencies.
- Knowledge of AI design tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, or similar tools.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,339.26 - ₹25,484.90 per month
